Writing and Interpreting Drillers' Logs
Aardvark provides a two-day training
course for their employees in association with First Steps Limited and in conjunction with the Building Research Establishment.
This hands-on practical training covers areas such as the influence geology has and the effect of changes in water levels
whilst drilling. This specific course is aimed at those who commision, supervise and undertake drilling in soil.
On completion of this course, the trainee should have a sound geological knowledge and be able to identify different soils
and understand water levels encounted in boreholes. They should also be able to successfully sample and test soils taking
precautions in order to obtain good results.
